At Mr Favourite Store, we take great pride in the quality of our perfumes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
- Customized or gift-packaged items.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
